TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accepting the booking and paying the deposit, you are entering the contractual obligations which are regulated by the Terms and Conditions below:

RETAINER FEE 

A retainer fee of £ 200.00 is payable in advance to confirm your booking. This will be deducted from the total fee on the wedding day.he retainer fee is non- refundable in case of cancellation or a date change.​

CANCELLATION

If for any reason a client would like to cancel the booking or change the date of the wedding, the artist retains the retainer fee and a new one will have to be paid shall the client decide to re-book the artist for another date.

If the cancellation occurs under 10 week period and after the full payment has been received, the full payment  is non - refundable in case of cancellation or a date change on the clients part. 

 

For a private client (non - brides) bookings for party/night out/ special occasion makeup and hair services the cancellation is non-refundable if the cancelation is requested less than 30 days prior to the booking date.

If cancellation is carried out by an artist, the artist will retain the retainer fee to cover for all the admin work that has been carried out, but will refund the outstanding payment to a client.

CHANGE OF DATE 

If for any reason the booking date is being changed by a client, the CANCELLATION terms and conditions will apply and all the fees will be charged accordingly to a cancellation notice period.

PAYMENT

For the bridal bookings the payment must be completed in full 10 weeks before the booking date unless arranged differently. The payment must be completed via transfer and is non - refundable in case of cancellation.

For a private client (non - brides) bookings for party/night out/ special occasion makeup and hair service the full amount is paid 4 weeks before the booking date and is non - refundable in case of cancellation.

TRAVEL EXPENSES

Travel expenses are charged for the bookings located over 5 miles away from UB6 

Additional travel fee charged at the rate of £ 0.65p per mile both ways.

Additional charges may apply for the congestion charge zone and parking fees.

EARLY BOOKING FEE

Early booking fee of £100 applies for the bookings that start before 6am. 

The booking starts at my arrival time and is usually 20 minutes prior to the 1st appointed slot. 

Example: If the 1st slot starts at 6 am, the early booking fee still applies as my setup start time in this case is 5.40 am.

BOOKINGS ABROAD

In case of the destination wedding, the artist must fly out at least the day before the booking and fly back the day after the booking, unless arranged differently. The loss of earnings for the travel day is £300 per day.  

All the travel expenses including flights, accommodation, meals and transfer to and from the venue are covered by the client.

ASSISTANT

An assistant can be provided at the clients request and will be charged at additional fee of £150.

SCHEDULE / TIMING 

* Bridal Hair & Makeup on the wedding day on average takes 2 hours to prepare. Extravagant styles requiring extensions usually take 2.5 - 3 hours. After 2 hour rate, each additional hour will be charged at the price of £50.

Each booking is aimed to completed maximum 30 minutes before the bridal party must leave. Extra 30 minutes are allowed for final touchups. The start time is calculated back from leaving time, allowing 30 minutes for touchups.

Example. If a bridal party must leave at 13.00, the booking must be completed by 12.30 with touchups being accounted at 12.00 - 12.30.
